In July, we made a pivotal decision to expand our product focus from the DACH region to an international audience. Why? Because our product is nearly self-explanatory and requires minimal onboarding, making it clear that staying regional just doesn’t cut it. This shift was reinforced by insights from over 20 interviews with diverse content creators who provided invaluable feedback.

Interview Insights:

Our chats with creators revealed that our platform isn’t just for gamers—it’s a game-changer for educational influencers too. They can now quiz their communities on shared knowledge and reward them for participation. The takeaway? Our tool’s appeal is broader than we thought, breaking free from genre and regional limitations. We also took on board concerns about platform adoption and streamlined our UX to be as intuitive and user-friendly as possible.

Go-To-Market Strategy:

Our game plan is simple but solid. We’re kicking off with demos, partnering with creators to build their NClip pages, tasks, and rewards together. This phase is crucial for gathering insights that will shape our Beta version. We’re hand-holding the first wave of creators to develop Best Practices and Guides, which will be passed on to the next generation of users.

Investor Updates:

While we missed out on a Demo Day with the Business Angel network (our product was deemed a bit too niche and technical), we’re still in the game! We’re in talks with investors and once our Beta is live with active users, we’ll be pitching to the Business Angels again with even more momentum.
